The first phase comprise 96 Resort Residence units from 65 m2 studios to 215 m2 Penthouse units.

Opting in the hotel rental pool provides lease back to the resort where buyers share in the profits of their leased units.

Future phases will add additional 120 units over-looking the golf course mountain course.
